Future Dances at The Commons @ 401 Richmond St W in Toronto and afterwards on both the Dancemakers  and FADO websites.

I am making a work for this speculative choreography project initiated by Dancemakers and FADO Performance Art Centre in Toronto in which 8 artists have been tasked with creating a dance for 50 years into the future. What dance  might look like in 2074? What will happen to dance, choreography and stops in between over the next two generations?

The work I am making is called Between A River and Lightning and will be accessible on all your electronic devices from March 15 onward. Stay tuned!

Fitzmaurice Voicework 3-Day Workshop - Breathe, Move, Think, Speak!

I team up with Jeff Morrisson to teach this introduction to Fitzmaurice Voicework® with a focus on our relationship to language and text.
